To enjoy your Max Pro NEO Hairdryer 2100W for as long as possible, it is very important to maintain it properly. This way, you can get the most out of your hair dryer. Defects caused by poor maintenance are not covered by the warranty. Below, you'll find the best way to maintain the Max Pro NEO Hairdryer on a daily basis.

  1. Remove the back panel.
  2. Remove the sponge and clean it from dust.
  3. Clean the filter, remove the dust with a damp cloth AND make the holes in the filter dust-free by gently using a toothbrush.
  4. Then, let the hair dryer blow in reverse:
    1. Plug the device into an electrical outlet.
    2. Turn on the hair dryer for a short moment, then turn it off again.
    3. Press and hold the cool button and temperature button for 5-10 seconds.
    4. The hair dryer will automatically blow in reverse after a few seconds.
    5. Let the device blow in reverse until it stops by itself.
  5. Don't forget to put the sponge back in place correctly. Make sure the back panel is securely attached.

  1. Remove the ventilation cap.
  2. Then, remove the filter ring.
  3. Clean the filter, remove the dust with a damp cloth AND make the holes in the filter dust-free by gently using a toothbrush.
  4. Allow the hairdryer to blow backward:
    1. Plug the cord into the electrical outlet.
    2. Turn on the hairdryer briefly and then turn it off.
    3. Press the cool button for 5-10 seconds.
    4. The hairdryer will automatically blow backward after a few seconds.
    5. Let the device blow backward until it stops on its own.
  5. Do not forget to reposition the filters correctly. Ensure that the lines/dots on the filters align with each other.
