Conditions

• The lifetime warranty only applies if you register your new product within 30 days of purchase.
• The product has a technical defect.
• You have a valid proof of purchase.
• The product was bought from an official Max Pro point of sale.

Register your product

Register your product with the product registration form: the model, the date of purchase and a photo of the receipt. For a straightener or a curling iron, do this within 30 days of purchase to get the lifetime warranty.
