The lifetime warranty only applies if you register your new product within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to invoke your warranty, we will ask you for valid proof of purchase/receipt. In addition, the product must have a technical defect. You can only claim your warranty if you purchased the product from an official Max Pro store.
