Privacy & cookies policy

Protecting your personal data is our first concern. Here we explain what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Data controller

LAPPA PARASKEVI, trading as “Max Pro Greece”, G. Lazarou 47, Acharnes, Greece. GEMI 4234801000, VAT no. EL047629604 (tax office Agioi Anargyroi). Contact for data protection matters: [email protected].

1. What we collect

  • Order and account details: first and last name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, order history.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
  • Contact: whatever you write to us by email or through the contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to run and secure the shop.

We do not receive or store your card details. You enter them directly on the Viva payment page, which processes them only for that transaction.

2. Why we use it

  • To fulfil your order: payment, shipping, invoicing, returns (performance of contract).
  • To keep you informed about your order (performance of contract).
  • To send you the newsletter, if you subscribe (consent; unsubscribe any time).
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
  • To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data or give it to others for their own purposes. We share it only with those needed to handle your order: the courier, Viva for payment, our accountant and the hosting provider of the shop.

3. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies:

  • Necessary: for the cart, signing in, security (such as spam protection with Google reCAPTCHA) and remembering your cookie choice. The shop does not work without them.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics, to understand how the shop is used. These load only if you accept them.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom left of every page. More: Google privacy policy.

4. How long we keep it

Account details for as long as you keep your account. Invoices and order details for as long as tax law requires. Your newsletter email until you unsubscribe.

5. Security

All traffic to the shop is encrypted (HTTPS). Only authorised people have access to the data, and the system is updated and checked regularly. Should an incident affecting your data still happen, we will tell you straight away.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can change your details yourself in your account; for everything else, email [email protected]. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when something in the shop changes. The current version is always this page. See also our Terms and conditions.
