Payment methods

Pay securely by card on Viva’s payment page.

Card via Viva

We accept debit, credit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards from any bank.

1. At checkout choose card payment via Viva and place your order.
2. You are taken to Viva’s secure payment page, where you enter your card details.
3. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3‑D Secure), for example with a code by text message or in its app.
4. You return to the shop and receive an order confirmation email.

Security

Viva is a licensed payment institution and its payment page meets the PCI DSS security standard. Your card details never pass through us and are not stored in the shop; you enter them again for every purchase.

Prices and charges

All prices are in euros and include 24% VAT. Paying by card costs nothing extra. Shipping (free from €85, otherwise €5.00 per order) is shown at checkout before you pay.
